A careful look at the former Frankfort Long John Silver’s Restaurant building reveals a new sign promoting the next chapter for the highly visible restaurant location at the corner of Wabash and Hoke in Frankfort. The Gyro Factory will offer Gyro Sandwiches, salads and children’s menu 7 days a week from 10AM to 10PM according to Mamar Aljazara, Gyro Factory Operator. Prices for a Gyro Sandwich will start at $4.99 and the $6.99 special will include a Gyro, Greek Salad and 20 oz. soft drink for $6.99.
Aljazara hopes to have the Gyro Factory up and running by June 1st.
Gyro Factory will be located at “the jog”, one of the busiest intersections in the County. Gyro Factory is owned by the same operators who own several King Gyros outlets in Indianapolis.
The building will remain owned by Service, the company that ran Long John Silver’s in Frankfort based in Jasper, Indiana. The building owner, Service, owns 140 restaurants in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan, including McAlister’s, Long John Silvers, Wendy’s and Denny’s.
