YMCA to Offer Free Lunches to Children During Summer at Various Sites

The Clinton County Family YMCA will be offering free lunches to all children under the age of 18 throughout the summer. This is sponsored by the USDA. Lunch is free to those meeting the age requirements and who attend a site. There are no income requirements and lunch must be eaten at the site it is served at.

Lunches will begin Tuesday, May 30 and last through Friday, August 4  at the following sites on Monday through Friday: TPA Park (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.), Circle Park (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), Clinton County YMCA (noon to 12:30 p.m.), Boys and Girls Club (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), Eastside Park (12:20 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.), Dorner Park (12:10 p.m. to 1:10 p.m.) and Third Street Park (noon to 1 p.m.). In case of inclement weather, lunch will be offered at the YMCA is your sites are TPA Park, Circle Park, Eastside Park, Dorner Park and Third Street Park).

Lunch is also served 11:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Suncrest Summer School.
