The Frankfort Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of a runaway 17-year-old Alicque French. He is a white male last seen in Lebanon on Saturday, May 12, wearing blue tank top and black shorts. Overturned Semi Restricts I-65 at 178 Mile Marker
