It is official! Shine On University is coming to Frankfort. Opening Day is set for Monday, March 25, located inside Clinton County Boys & Girls Club.
Adult Day Services will be Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. School Age Programming will be available Monday thru Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be Summer Programming available this summer, as well as transportation within Clinton County.
