The WILO/Chamber of Commerce “Leading In Uncertain Times” series continued Thursday morning with Frankfort City Councilman and Frankfort Main Street President Joe Palmer.
“It’s still going to be slow,” said Palmer when asked about reopening. “We have to do it at a slow pace. It’s been tough on all of them. It’s their livelihood. We picked 20 (downtown) businesses for a relief package. A lot more of them needed help.”
