Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that motorists should avoid County Road 700 North between State Road 39 and County Road 300 West. Clinton County Highway will have it closed most of the day Friday. They will notify when it is back open.
Central Dispatch has also announced that the Sewer Department will have Goder Drive closed from Adkins Drive to Washington Avenue until 2 p.m. Friday.
