Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that Frankfort Water Works will have East Armstrong Street closed between South Harrison and South Prairie Street for the most day today (Thursday). Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.
In addition, Clinton County Highway Department will have County Road 800 North closed between County Road 530 East and State Road 29 for approximately two hours. This means the road should be reopened around noon. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
