Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Frankfort Sewer Department will be smoke testing sanitary sewers on Dolsen, Milroy and Rowe between Rossville Avenue and Kyger all day today (Friday).
Motorists are also advised to avoid Second Street between South Street and Wabash Street until 2 p.m. due to roadwork by the Sewer Department.
