Clinton County Youth Theatre is excited to announce our first Audio Drama Podcast! Youth are invited to participate and audition for this unique production which will air on all podcasting platforms as well as the Frankfort Community Public Library’s website, myfcpl.org.
Podcast auditions are scheduled for Monday through Friday, Oct. 26-30, 5-8 p.m. in the Skanta Theatre at the Frankfort Community Public Library. Audition packets and sign-ups can be found online at www.myfcpl.org/ccyt-audio-drama/. Youth ages 13-18 are invited to audition for voice acting roles and youth age 6-12 are invited to audition for the Sound Squad. The Sound Squad will be creating and recording all of the sound effects for the podcast.
All auditions and rehearsals will be socially distanced and since voice acting is required, these will be blind auditions. Participants may choose whether to audition by phone, video, or in-person in Skanta Theatre.
This all-new production is a comedic murder-mystery created by local talent. Fowl Play is written by Sam Lynch, edited by Rusty Hendsley, and directed by Anthony Bacon.
Activities are possible in part by The Tippecanoe Arts Federation and the Indiana Arts Commission, which receives support from the State of Indiana and the National Endowment for the Arts.
