Sewer Department Doing Smoke Testing Tuesday

Clinton County Central Dispatch has announced that the Frankfort Sewer Department will be conducting smoke testing on Rossville Avenue between McClurg and Barner and also on McClurg between Rossville and Myrtle throughout the day (Tuesday).
