Howard and Carroll county officials have elevated their Covid Zone status from orange to red starting Wednesday December 9th. Delphi school corporation sent letters home to 
parents Tuesday that said they are still going to have in person instruction for students in class through at least December 18th. Some restriction guidelines include:
Social gatherings of any kind indoors or outdoors are limited to 25 people
Only participants and support personnel and parents are allowed in extracurricular activities
Vulnerable populations should remain isolated
Business capacity must adhere to social distancing guidelines and curbside pickup is preferred
