Whitestown Resident & Indiana Diaper Bank CEO Receives Outstanding Hoosier Award

A Whitestown resident and non-profit CEO was honored with a coveted award last night to commemorate her consistent dedication to families in need throughout the state.

During the Whitestown town council meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 14, House Representative for District 25 Becky Cash presented Indiana Diaper Bank CEO Ashley Burns with the Outstanding Hoosier Award for her continued service to the community of Whitestown and beyond.

According to the town, Burns and her team at the Indiana Diaper Bank provide diapers to local pantries and distribution centers to help serve families in need of diapers and wipes for their children.

According to Burns, Cash also delivered diapers and wipes to donate to help the one in two families the organization has found to be in need of diapers.

“Together we can do more,” Burns released.
