Clinton County Special Olympics cornhole teams rose to prominence during the Sectionals tournament in Monticello on Sunday, Sept. 15 to bring home first-place finishes to Clinton County while many teams advanced to the State competition.
Sections Cornhole Tournament Results:
- Kinnley/Jason – First-Place (Advanced to State)
- Taylor/Aj L – First-Place (Advanced to State)
- Joe/Allen – First-Place (Advanced to State)
- Joey/Justice – Second-Place (Advanced to State)
- Kim/Macy – Third-Place
- Mandy/Alicia – First-Place (Advanced to State)
- Cory/Aj W – Fourth-Place
- Chris/Tim – Second-Place (Advanced to State)
The final tally will see six teams advance to the State competition for the Clinton County program. The competition will be held at Grand Park on Sept. 29.
