The first round of Boys Tennis Sectionals took place on Tuesday.
Teams from Frankfort, Rossville and Carroll were all in action.
Sectional 41
Rossville took on West Lafayette in round one of Sectionals at Harrison. The Hornets fell 4-1, winning at three singles for Rossville was Brody Skinner, Skinner finishes the season at 15-3. Congratulations to Rossville on a hard-fought tennis season.
Sectional 42
Frankfort played at home last night against Attica. The Hot Dogs were victorious 5-0. Frankfort will be back in action tonight against Lafayette Central Catholic at 5 p.m. The winner will get a spot in the conference championship against the winner of Seeger and McCutcheon.
Sectional 43
Carroll took down Twin Lakes 5-0 in the first round of the Logansport Sectional. Winners for the Cougars were Sam Ellis at one singles, Rylan Meador at two singles, Tom McDonald at three singles, Jackson Cross and Carson Hale at one doubles and Brenton Sheagley and Bryce Bowman at two doubles. Carroll will play Lewis Cass tonight at 4:45 p.m. The winner will play the winner of Delphi and Logansport in the sectional championship.
