The Frankfort Police Department team attended the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police Indiana Delegate Breakfast, sponsored by Utility Inc., at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in Boston.
Indiana Association of Chiefs President and Frankfort Police Chief Scott Shoemaker welcomed attendees to the breakfast and introduced John Boyd from Utility and Superintendent Doug Carter from the Indiana State Police to speak.
The Frankfort Police Department released a statement regarding the activities the team experienced while forming connections with chiefs hailing from international areas.
“Frankfort Police joined hundreds of law enforcement officers from all over the world to support the Boston Police Foundation,” the department released. “The IACP Fenway to Finish Line 5k took us through Fenway Park and the actual finish line for the Boston Marathon.”
