Healthy Communities of Clinton County, in celebration of the Great American Smokeout geared toward encouraging cessation of smoking, announced its “Don’t Just Quit Cold Turkey” contest for community members to take the pledge to receive assistance to quit smoking or vaping for a chance to win a free Jimmy John’s turkey sub.
Healthy Communities stated that community members can call 1-800-quit-now or text READY to 34191 to register for the assistance. Those who sign up before Nov. 25 will be entered for a chance to win a Jimmy John’s turkey sub as long as they complete the form at Healthy Communities as well.
