The Clinton County Surveyor’s Office has announced that the door decorating contest will once again be in full swing at the Clinton County Courthouse for Christmas this year beginning next week.
The public has been invited to vote for their favorite decorated door by leaving nonperishable food items or dog and cat food in the box next to every decorated door with every item counting as one vote. Voting will begin next Monday, Dec. 2 and end Dec. 20. All food items collected through the contest will be donated to a local food bank, and all animal items will be donated to the Humane Society of Clinton County.
