The Frankfort Street Department announced that trash services will not run tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
A double pickup will be set for Friday, Nov. 29 for both Thursday and Friday trash routes. Carts should be set out by 7 a.m. on Friday to ensure pickup as the routes will be running differently due to the double pickup.
Administrative offices and the Recycling Center will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.
The City of Frankfort has also announced that all administrative offices will be closed both Thursday and Friday this week as well. Fire and police services will still operate normally.
The Town of Mulberry has also announced that no trash pickup will occur for residents tomorrow, Nov. 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Residences on the Thursday trash route will have their trash collected on Friday, Nov. 29.
