The Community Foundation Serving Howard, Clinton and Carroll Counties announced the finalists for the 2025 Carroll County Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
2025 Carroll County Finalists:

- Emily Justice – Carroll Senior High School
- Ashlynn Martin – Delphi High School
- Johnny Martinez – Delphi High School
- Emma Titus – Delphi High School
- Lakin Wakeman – Delphi High School
