Following the voting period of Dec. 2 through Dec. 20, the Clinton County Surveyor’s Office announced that the Clinton County Courthouse door decorating contest brough in 217 donated items for the local food bank and the Humane Society of Clinton County through the generous donations of community members seeking to vote for their favorite decoration.
Door decorations ranged from Snoopy to Alvin and the Chipmunks to traditional Christmas themes and fireplaces to bring the Courthouse into the Christmas spirit this year.
The Surveyor’s Office announced that the contest will continue next year at the new annex building at the corner of Washington Street and Main Street in downtown Frankfort.
