The Partnership For A Drug Free Carroll County is a local coordinating council through the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute that works together to reduce alcohol and substance abuse in the Carroll County community.
As the council looks toward its programs and funding opportunities for 2025, the members requested the community’s feedback regarding their opinions of how the council should proceed. Community members may complete the feedback survey here.
