Community members have been encouraged to save the date for the upcoming 2025 Heartland Fly Fishing Festival held at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds in Lebanon on Jan. 18.
The festival will kick off on Jan. 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Boone County Fairgrounds with fly fishing throughout the entire day, more than 50 exhibitors, presenters and fly-fishing guides, clinics, new gear for the upcoming season, demonstrations and seminars, acclaimed fly tyers, indoor casting pond, kids casting and tying area, watercraft and more.
“The Heartland Fly Fishing Festival is a singular place to engage with great fly-fishing guides, exhibitors, presenters and fly-fishing friends,” the organizers released. “Try on and try our new gear for the upcoming season, enjoy demonstrations and seminars, study the techniques of acclaimed fly tyers, fly cast on an indoor casting pond, fly tying and fly casting for kids and so much more.”
