Clinton County Central Dispatch announced that the Sewer Department will have Hawthorne Avenue closed between Blinn Avenue and West Barner Street all day today, April 3.
As well, Waterworks will have Blinn Avenue closed between Pratt and Central Avenue all day today, April 3.
