The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce has announced that the 17th Annual Women’s Celebration Luncheon is only two weeks away on Wednesday, May 7 for community members to enjoy a full day of shopping, a great lunch, door prizes and a special guest speaker, Shelly Bays of Shelly Bays Training and Coaching.
The theme this year is “The Power of Grace & Grit: Embracing Change at Every Stage of Life,” which the Chamber described as a delve into how to process and deal with change.
