In the 1800’s ‘barnstormers’ were theatrical troupes who traveled to America’s rural districts to perform. The Red Barn has adopted that name for the volunteers who help both inside and outside by performing any task asked of them.
The Barnstormers will return to the Red Barn on Saturday, May 24th from from 10am until 1pm, to remove the last vestiges of fall, winter, and spring from the Red Barn grounds before this year’s summer company arrives.
Any help would be appreciated, even if it is throwing a stick in a trash bag or helping to clean the interior of the barn.
The Red Barn will have a coffee and a sweet rolls, so bring your gloves and favorite garden tool. New volunteers are always welcome.
