On September 10, 2025, at approximately 6:45 PM, Lebanon Police Officers
received a tip regarding a possible homicide in the 500 block of S. West Street in
Lebanon, IN. Officers responded to the residence and located a deceased male with
obvious traumatic injuries, identified as Donald Bowers, 64, of Lebanon, IN.
A short time later, officers received information about a possible suspect in the
area. The suspect, identified as Jacob Cram, 36, of Lebanon, IN, was located and taken
into custody on a preliminary charge of Murder.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Lebanon Police Department Detectives are actively following up on all additional
leads as they become available. At this time, there is no known threat to the public.
