Midway Street, Colfax, IN is requesting a Special Exception to allow a grain handling operation, in
the B-4/R-2, General Business/Low Density Residential, Zoning District. The petition site is located in
Section 8, Township 20 N, Range 2 W, on the West side of N. Armstrong Street, between W. County
Road 650 S and W. County Road 700 S, in Perry Township, located at commonly known as: 108 S.
Armstrong Street, Colfax, IN.

Midway Street, Colfax, IN is requesting two Variances to allow a grain handling operation of one bin
at 30,000 bushel to sit no less than 400’ from dwellings to the East instead of the required 660’ and
to sit no less than 300’ from the Colfax Town Limits to the East, in the B-4/R-2, General
Business/Low Density Residential, Zoning District. The petition site is located in Section 8, Township
20 N, Range 2 W, on the West side of N. Armstrong Street, between W. County Road 650 S and W.
County Road 700 S, in Perry Township, located at commonly known as: 108 S. Armstrong Street,
Colfax, IN.
