The Friends of the Frankfort Public Library are proud to announce the 44th Annual Art Exhibition and Sale, titled “Transcending Limitations,” happening Nov. 7–9. Taking place on the second floor of the Frankfort Community Public Library, the exhibition will feature the work of more than 90 artists from across Indiana. There is sure to be something for everyone, including ceramics, jewelry, photography, printmaking, drawing, woodworking, textiles, painting, and glass. Visitors can also enjoy live music during opening night on Nov. 7 and artist demonstrations throughout Saturday, Nov. 8.

Art Show Patrons are invited to a preview party and sale Nov. 7 at 5:30 p.m. until the show opens to the public at 7 p.m. If you are interested in becoming an Art Show Patron, simply pledge to spend $75 or more over the course of the weekend. Please contact Mindy Emswiller for more details at memswiller@myfcpl.org or (765) 654-8746, ext. 1125. Art Show Patrons’ names will be listed in publicity materials if received by Oct. 30, but patrons can still pledge up to the day of the preview party.

The Annual Art Exhibition and Sale serves as the Friends’ largest fundraiser, helping the Library to continue to provide arts and children’s programming. This would not be possible without the generous support of our volunteers, patrons, and community. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s event.
