Pure Life Chiropractic, a locally owned and operated clinic in Zionsville, is expanding its services with the help of the Boone County Economic Development Corporation (Boone EDC) Microloan Program.

Drs. Shelby and Brandon Wagner, owners of Pure Life Chiropractic, received a microloan from the Boone EDC to purchase a Lightforce Class IV laser, the highest wattage continuous laser available. This cutting-edge technology, trusted by nearly every NFL, MLB, and NBA team for injury recovery, will now be available locally as part of Pure Life Chiropractic’s expanding list of non-invasive healing options.

“Our mission has always been to give our community options for true healing—without relying on steroids, pain medications, or surgery,” said Dr. Shelby Wagner. “This laser allows us to extend that mission beyond the spine, helping the entire body heal more efficiently and naturally.”

The new laser therapy service will be staffed 2 days per week by a dedicated laser technician and fully integrated into the clinic’s existing patient care model. Pure Life Chiropractic plans to offer discounted packages and monthly memberships, ensuring both accessibility and consistency for ongoing healing and wellness.

“We’ve already seen how powerful this technology is in our office,” said Dr. Brandon Wagner. “It’s fast, comfortable, and removes inflammation at the root level. After only a few months, we have already kept 2 individuals from knee replacement surgery and multiple from unnecessary shoulder steroid injections. Most people feel relief after just one session!”

“Our microloan program empowers small businesses to invest in tools and technology that benefit the community,” said Andrea Kern, Boone EDC CEO. “We’re proud to support Pure Life Chiropractic as they continue expanding access to innovative wellness solutions in Boone County.”

The Boone EDC Microloan Program provides flexible, low-interest financing to small businesses across Boone County, helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need to grow, innovate, and serve their communities. Since its launch, the program has supported a wide variety of local businesses, from start-ups to established firms, strengthening the county’s economy and enhancing quality of life.
