This holiday season, the public is invited to celebrate the season of giving by participating in a festive Christmas Door Decorating Contest at the newly opened County Annex Building. Starting Monday, December 1st, visitors can admire beautifully decorated doors throughout the building and cast their vote by donating nonperishable food items and pet food.
Voting will take place from Monday, December 1st to Friday, December 19th. To cast your vote, simply bring nonperishable food items or dog/cat food and place them in the box next to your favorite decorated door—each item counts as one vote.
For those who can’t visit in person, photos of the decorated doors will be posted on the Surveyor’s Office Facebook page, allowing the public to follow the contest and view the creative decorations as the votes come in.
