Delphi Lions Club Christmas Parade Tomorrow

The annual Delphi Lions Club Christmas Parade is just around the corner, scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM (EST). Sponsored by the Delphi Lions Club in cooperation with the City of Delphi, this festive event promises holiday cheer for the entire community.

The parade will start at the old Middle School Gym on East Monroe Street, proceeding west on Monroe, turning south on Market Street for one block, then east on Franklin Street, passing the reviewing stand north of the Courthouse, and disbanding east of Washington Street. The parade is expected to last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Registration and Judging
Registration begins at 11:30 AM at the east end of the parking area and continues until the parade starts. There is no pre-registration or fee, and Delphi Lions members will be on hand to assist with registration and lineup. Judging begins at 12:30 PM, with categories including Floats, Cars, Walking Groups, and Animals. Entries are evaluated based on creativity, originality, crowd appeal, and demonstration of the parade theme, which this year is “Santa’s Toyland.” Winners will be announced as entries pass the reviewing stand.

Participation and Grand Marshals
Individuals, groups, churches, and businesses are encouraged to participate. The Grand Marshals for the 2025 parade are Barb & Joe Mayfield.

The Delphi Lions Club thanks all who participate, watch, or help put on the parade, and wishes the community a very Merry Christmas!
