The Clinton County Commissioners and the Clinton County Drainage Board have announced their upcoming meetings, scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the County Meeting Room, 2 E. Washington St., Suite 105, Frankfort.
The Clinton County Commissioners will convene at 9:00 a.m. Commissioners Jordan Brewer, Kevin Myers, and Bert Weaver will preside over the session. The meeting will open with public comment and the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by presentations from county officials. Key items on the agenda include:

The board will also review old business, including the Motorola Migration Service Agreement, and new business, including appointments to Wild Cat Solid Waste and the Clinton County Building Corporation, as well as a sign placement request. Department heads will provide reports, followed by commissioners’ updates. The meeting will conclude with claims, payroll approvals, and minutes review. The next scheduled meeting is February 3, 2026.
Later in the morning, at 10:15 a.m., the Clinton County Drainage Board will hold its session at the same location. The board will review and approve minutes from the January 6, 2026 meeting and conduct a bid opening for the I. Beabout Reconstruction Project. Other items include a drainage review for the Acre Village Addition 2-Lot Subdivision and approval of contractors for 2026.
Both meetings are open to the public and will be recorded for later viewing on the Clinton County YouTube page. The county notes that meeting times may be adjusted at the boards’ discretion and encourages residents requiring accommodations to provide 48-hour notice for effective communication access.
