Syrup season is nearly here, and Camp Cullom is gearing up for its annual Pancake Breakfast and Maple Trail Vendors Market on March 14 and 15. This beloved community event invites families and friends to enjoy a weekend of sweet treats, local vendors, and maple syrup demonstrations.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast will feature pancakes, sausage and gravy, biscuits, coffee, and juice, served at the Camp Cullom Lodge. Breakfast hours are Saturday, March 14, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Sunday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations are accepted on a free-will basis.
Guests can also witness the maple syrup-making process at the Sugar Shack, with a demonstration provided by Atchley Farm, showing how sap is transformed into syrup. Attendees can shop for locally made products and maple syrup at the Maple Trail Vendors Market located at the Nature Center.
Event organizers are currently accepting applications for vendors interested in joining the indoor market. Last year’s event drew nearly 500 attendees, and with limited spots available, vendors are encouraged to apply soon to secure their place.
The event is proudly supported by the United Way of Clinton County, celebrating local agriculture, artisanal products, and the community spirit of Frankfort and surrounding areas.
