Larry Garrison, 68, of Frankfort, Ind., passed away February 7, 2026 in his home. He was born on May 20, 1957 in Frankfort to Boyd & Dorothy (Gann) Garrison. He married Debbie Weaver in May 1976 and they later divorced.
A life-long Clinton County resident, Larry was a 1975 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School. He worked for Tate & Lyle South Plant in Lafayette for 16 years and Fluid Quip for 25 years, retiring in 2022. Larry was a member of the Frankfort Eagles and Moose Lodges. As a hobby chef, he enjoyed fine dining. His biggest passion was riding his motorcycle coast to coast. His highest average mileage in a riding season was 26,000 miles. Traveling the world, hunting, fishing, and planting a garden were a few of his other favorite hobbies. He looked forward to the annual tradition of “noodle night”, where his family gathered to make oodles of homemade noodles for Thanksgiving.
Surviving along with his father: Boyd Garrison of Frankfort, are his sons: Beau (Teresa) Garrison of Frankfort and Zachary (Kayla) Garrison of Lafayette, grandchildren: Dylan Garrison of Frankfort, Leah and Maely Garrison of Lafayette, step-grandchildren: Brooke LeMay of Frankfort and Shane Foutz of Indianapolis, 6 great-grandchildren, siblings: Victoria Garrison of Frankfort and Greg (Becky) Garrison of Michigantown, bonus son: Tim Rodkey of Rossville, aunt: Evelyn Garrison of Whitestown, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother.
