Congratulations to Olivia James for her outstanding performance at the ISSMA State Solo & Ensemble Contest, where she earned a prestigious Gold rating.
Olivia performed her solo at the state level after successfully qualifying at the district level in early February. Her dedication, preparation, and musical excellence were recognized by the adjudicators, who awarded her the highest distinction of Gold.
The ISSMA State Solo & Ensemble Contest represents one of the highest levels of individual musical achievement for student musicians in Indiana. Earning a Gold rating at the state level reflects Olivia’s commitment to musical growth, attention to detail, and strong performance skills.
