Community members and youth advocates are invited to attend an upcoming event focused on supporting young people in the community.
COACH Kids of Clinton County recently announced that the next Indiana Youth Institute Youth Worker Café will take place April 7 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Trinity Hope Center.
The event will feature a mayoral proclamation along with a presentation from the Indiana Department of Child Services. Following the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the “WAIT: What Am I Thinking?” presentation, which focuses on strategies and insights for those working with youth.
Organizers say the event is designed to bring together community members, youth workers, educators, and others who are passionate about supporting children and families in Clinton County.
The Youth Worker Café is a free event and open to the public. Lunch will be provided for those who pre-register in advance.
Those interested in attending are encouraged to complete the registration form online prior to the event.
