Volleyball practices will begin Wednesday, March 25, and will take place each Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Community Building at First Church of the Nazarene, located at 2056 E. Wabash Street in Frankfort.
Track and Field practices are scheduled to start Sunday, March 29, and will be held each Sunday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the track at Clinton Prairie School Corporation.
For those participating in bowling, returning athletes will receive a text message with additional details once the schedule is finalized.
Organizers say the upcoming season offers athletes an opportunity to build skills, stay active, and connect with teammates while preparing for competitions throughout the year.
The Special Olympics program provides inclusive sports opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping participants develop confidence, physical fitness, and friendships through athletic competition.
