First Bank Midwest is offering one final opportunity for residents to safely dispose of sensitive documents during its Free Community Shred Day.
The last event of the 2026 schedule will take place in October, featuring a convenient drive-thru format that allows participants to remain in their vehicles while documents are collected and securely shredded.

Saturday, October 24 – Mulberry Financial Center (9 AM – 11 AM)
Event Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, participants are asked to follow these guidelines:
- Do not bring shred items in plastic bags
- Limit of five standard-size boxes or paper bags per vehicle
- The event will end once the shred truck reaches capacity
- Drive-thru drop-off only — please remain in your vehicle
This free event offers a secure and convenient way to protect against identity theft by properly disposing of personal documents.
