Governor Braun Welcomes Faith Technologies Incorporated, 200 New Jobs to Pittsboro

Indiana Governor Mike Braun today announced that Faith Technologies IncorporatedTM (FTI) will locate a new manufacturing facility in Pittsboro. The company, which specializes in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, will create up to 200 new Hoosier jobs by the end of 2027.

“FTI’s investment in Pittsboro is a testament to Indiana’s robust capability in advanced manufacturing and our commitment to lead advancements in the industry for years to come,” said Gov. Braun. “The company’s new operations will have a significant impact on this growing community and its economy, creating hundreds of new jobs and providing unique talent development opportunities to further skill up our workforce and prepare Hoosiers for high-pay, in-demand careers.”

FTI will invest $67.5 million to establish a new 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on 47 acres in Hendricks County, marking the first development of the planned Pittsboro Commerce Park conveniently located off Interstate 74. The new operation will support FTI’s Excellerate brand, which specializes in modular electrical assemblies and energy solutions, helping the company deliver complete modular electrical buildings to hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical facilities nationwide, reducing onsite labor needs and accelerating project schedules.

With construction already underway, FTI plans to begin hiring for foremen, superintendents and manufacturing leads. Later in the year, additional positions will include entry-level roles, paid apprenticeships and other support roles that contribute to operational growth and safety companywide. “We’re excited to begin this new chapter for our team as a part of the Pittsboro community,” said Patrick McGettigan, executive vice president of FTI. “As we grow, we continue to maintain our uncompromising focus on safety and our Culture of Care, which is our commitment to supporting our team members’ total well-being and creating a workplace where people feel valued, respected and accepted. We look forward to this new partnership and making a positive impact in Pittsboro.”

Founded in 1972, FTI is a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy solutions. The company, which is headquartered in Wisconsin, provides end-to-end electrical planning, design and installation services that support its partners and more than 5,000 team members through innovative solutions and a strong commitment to excellence. FTI’s work to redefine the future of energy reinforces its leadership in delivering smarter, more sustainable solutions for customers nationwide.

“We’re proud to welcome FTI to Pittsboro,” said Jarod Baker, president of Pittsboro Town Council. “Their commitment to innovative manufacturing and workforce development makes them a strong partner as we continue to grow our local economy and create opportunities for residents.”

Based on the company’s job creation plans, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) committed an investment in FTI of up to $3 million in the form of incentive-based tax credits. These incentives are performance-based, meaning the company is eligible to claim state benefits once investments are made and jobs are created. Hendricks County will consider additional incentives to support the project.
