Frankfort junior Owen Hudspith qualified for and competed at the Hoosier State Relays Indoor Track and Field event in March, placing fifth in pole vault.
Hudspith, who comes from a family of pole vaulters, qualified with a personal record 15’0″ jump. At the Indoor State event, Hudspith cleared 14’6″, good enough for fifth place.
The junior has already had a solid start to the outdoor season, clearing 15’7″ at Frankfort’s first home meet last week.
The Hot Dogs are back at home on Saturday, April 25 for the Hot Dog Invitational.
