Despite the tough weather, the Hot Dogs delivered several solid individual performances. Charlie Beardsley led the way, tying for 7th place with a career-best round of 79. Cooper O’Brien followed with a 92, while Treye Seward and Xavier McIntosh each carded rounds of 103. The team combined for a total score of 377, which placed them 13th overall in the tournament standings.
At the top of the leaderboard, Noblesville claimed first place with an impressive team score of 304, separating themselves from the field in the difficult conditions.
While the Hot Dogs did not finish near the top of the team standings, Beardsley’s breakout performance provided a highlight and a strong individual takeaway from a demanding day on the course.
Looking ahead, the Hot Dogs will return to action Monday afternoon as Kokomo travels to The Frankfort Commons for a dual match. The team will look to regroup and build on Saturday’s experience as they continue their season.
