Paul Phillippe Resource Center to Host Annual Strawberry Festival on June 5

The Paul Phillippe Resource Center in Frankfort is bringing back a classic tradition with its Annual Strawberry Festival, set for Friday, June 5, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This year’s event embraces a “back to the basics” theme, focusing on a simple favorite—fresh strawberry shortcake. Guests can enjoy a generous serving for just $6, featuring strawberry shortcake topped with Glover’s ice cream and whipped topping.

The festival serves as an important fundraiser for the senior center, supporting programs and services for local seniors. In addition to enjoying dessert on-site, businesses can take advantage of delivery options for group orders, making it easy to participate while supporting a good cause.

Alongside the main attraction, visitors can browse a bake sale and a puzzle sale, offering a variety of homemade treats and gently used items.

The event will take place at the Paul Phillippe Resource Center, located at 401 W. Walnut Street in Frankfort. Community members are encouraged to attend, enjoy a sweet treat, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
