Abilities Services, Inc. (ASI), located at 110 S. Prairie Ave. in Frankfort, will host its annual “Dance the Night Away” event on Thursday, June 12, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The free event will provide an evening of food, entertainment and social activities for individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities and their families.
The event will feature a DJ, games, a cake walk and prizes throughout the evening. A meal will be served from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., with attendees able to choose between a pulled pork sandwich or a hot dog. The meal will also include chips, a fruit cup or cookie, and a drink.
The event is free and open to members of the community with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, as well as their families.
ASI is asking those planning to attend to RSVP in advance so organizers can prepare enough food and accommodate meal choices. Reservations can be made by contacting Rita or Regina at 765-362-4020.
