The Clinton County Drainage Board will meet on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. at the Clinton County Courthouse, 2 E. Washington St., Frankfort.
The meeting agenda includes eight watershed assessment hearings, approval of previous meeting minutes, and discussion of a conditional drainage approval request.
The scheduled hearings are:

- 10:25 a.m. – #545 Robert Miller Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 10:35 a.m. – #558 William Scircle Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 10:45 a.m. – #566 Raymond Stump Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 10:55 a.m. – #567 Orville Taylor Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 11:05 a.m. – #568 Sarah Taylor Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 11:15 a.m. – #574 James Wynkoop Watershed Assessment Hearing
- 11:25 a.m. – #591 Finch-Davis Watershed Assessment Hearing
Following the hearings, board members are scheduled to consider approval of the July 7, 2026, meeting minutes and discuss the Ponton AT&T Minor Plat Conditional Drainage Approval.
Officials note that the Drainage Board may adjust the order of business during the meeting and may consider additional items not listed on the published agenda. The meeting’s start time could also be delayed if the preceding Clinton County Board of Commissioners meeting extends beyond its scheduled time.
