The Clinton County Area Plan Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Clinton County Annex Building County Meeting Room, 2 E. Washington Street, Suite 105, Frankfort.
The meeting will include discussion of zoning matters, public hearings, and other commission business.

Petition of Purdy Concrete, Inc., PO Box 280, Lafayette, Indiana, requesting approval of Rezoning concerning two parcels from the A-1, Agricultural, Zoning District to the I-2, General Industrial, Zoning District.
The petition site is located in Section 19, Township 23 N, Range 1 W, on the west side of N. County Road 330 W, between W. State Road 26 and W. County Road 1000 N, in Ross Township, located in the 9100 block of N. County Road 330 W, Rossville, Indiana.

Petition of BML Properties, LLC, PO Box 88, Lafayette, Indiana, requesting approval of a Three Lot Major Subdivision involving 22.2221 acres of land in the A-1, Agricultural, Zoning District.
The petition site is located in Section 20, Township 23 N, Range 2 W, on the south side of W. County Road 1000 N, between N. County Road 900 W and N. Waldron Road, in Ross Township, commonly known as 8545 W. County Road 1000 N, Rossville, Indiana.
Additional items on the agenda include a request to waive permit fees from the Federal Aviation Administration and consideration of the proposed 2027 Area Plan Commission budget.
The commission will also announce its next meeting date, scheduled for September 1, 2026, before adjournment.
