The Frankfort Firefighters Local 705 will host its annual scholarship golf outing this September, with proceeds benefiting the Dave Elliott and Dick Sheets Memorial Scholarship Fund. The event will be held at 257 S. Clay St., Frankfort.
The fundraiser supports Clinton County high school seniors who plan to pursue careers in healthcare and public service. Organizers say the event honors the legacies of Dave Elliott and Dick Sheets by helping the next generation achieve their educational and career goals.
The golf outing is open to the public, and community members, local businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate by registering a team or becoming an event sponsor.
