Motorists are advised to plan for several road closures due to utility and highway work.
Frankfort Water Works will close West Green Street between Rossville Avenue and Railroad Street for the entire day.
In addition, the Clinton County Highway Department will close County Road 100 North between County Roads 730 East and 830 East for several hours.
Also, Frankfort Power & Light will have South Street closed between Jackson Street and Main Street throughout the day.
