The Lafayette Fire Support Foundation will host its 3rd Annual “On Fire for Our Fighters” 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 19, 2026, to support and honor local firefighters.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. at Lafayette Fire Department Station #5, located at 750 N. Creasy Lane in Lafayette, at the corner of Union and Creasy.
Race day registration and check-in will be available from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Participants will begin and end the route at Lafayette Fire Station #5. The 5K course will follow the Munger Trail, taking runners and walkers through Munger Park and McCaw Park.
The “On Fire for Our Fighters” 5K Run/Walk is organized by the Lafayette Fire Support Foundation to help support area firefighters and the mission of providing resources and assistance to those who serve the community.
Community members of all ages are invited to participate, support local firefighters, and enjoy a morning of fitness and community spirit. Additional registration details and event information will be available through the Lafayette Fire Support Foundation.
