Rossville Consolidated School District will welcome students and families back for the 2026-2027 school year with a Back-to-School Open House on Tuesday, August 4.
The event will take place from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., giving students the opportunity to meet their teachers, locate classrooms, and get ready for the upcoming school year.
Incoming sixth-grade students and families are invited to attend a special orientation beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the MPR.
The evening will also include several opportunities to support the Rossville Senior Class and their annual Disney Senior Trip. The senior class will be selling hot dogs during the event, while the Treat Trailer by Cozy Food by Carla will offer Blue Bell Ice Cream with proceeds benefiting the trip.
Ice cream flavors available will include Cookie Two Step, Butter Pecan Pralines, Peach, Birthday Cake, Salted Caramel Brownie, Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate.
Guests can also enjoy beverages from Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee and Kona Ice, with proceeds from both vendors supporting the Senior Disney Trip.
School officials invite families to join the celebration as Rossville prepares for another year filled with learning, traditions, and memories.
