The Carroll County Community Foundation awarded $51,900 to Carroll County students in the form of 28 scholarships and 3 renewals for the 2026-2027 school year.
“These students exemplify the leadership and determination we strive to promote at the Community Foundation,” said Todd Moser, president of the Carroll County Community Foundation. “We are grateful for our donors and the generosity that makes it possible for us to support these students pursuing their dreams.”
